WHEN TO BOOK YOUR CAKE SMASH SESSION
I recommend booking your cake smash session at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
The session is usually done when your baby is around 11–12 months old, just before or around their first birthday.

I am a cake smash photographer based in Peutie (Vilvoorde), just outside Brussels, offering beautifully styled sessions in my cozy home studio or outdoor.

For outdoor sessions, I bring everything with me — your baby's outfit, the cake and a beautiful boho-style setup — so you can simply enjoy the session without having to prepare anything.
Outdoor sessions are available for an additional fee.

THE EXPERIENCE
We start with a few portraits with the whole family, followed by the cake smash itself — where your baby can explore, play and enjoy the moment freely.
Some babies dive right in, others take their time — both are perfectly normal and beautiful to capture.
There is no pressure — every session is adapted to your baby’s personality.
Can parents and siblings join the session?
Parents are welcome to join for a few family portraits at the beginning of the session. Due to the intimate size of my home studio, I can accommodate the birthday baby, parents and up to one sibling.

Indoor cake smash sessions take place in my cozy home studio in Peutie (Vilvoorde), near Brussels.
